Navian didn't seem to be operating the same as it did before recent repair. Nathan is very thorough. He found problem in the shower handle, repaired it and while checking the solution he observed a leak near by main house line -- yup small leak resulting in replacing handle which he replaced. Nathan is thorough, professional and observant. Thank you.

Marc came due to poor water flow through a bathroom faucet. It was decided after the evaluation that a new faucet is needed. He was very informative and knowledgeable.

In a time where companies will no-show you, do substandard work and/or provide poor customer service Hunter Plumbing is a breath of fresh air. They are prompt, courteous, and do great work. Ethan is a rockstar plumber. I'm obviously not hoping for any more plumbing issues but if so, I'll definitely be calling them.

I have found a plumbing company! I have a vacation home at the beach and one by one sought out what (and who) I needed to get the job done quickly, efficiently, done right, and reasonably priced. Landscaping, HVAC, and so on. Now I have peace of mind when I need a plumbing company.
I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

I love supporting local, small businesses, especially when they are as professional and responsive as Hunter Plumbing. They are pleasant, communicative, they show up on-time, they do excellent work and they back up their services if you have an issue. I wouldnt use anyone else!

They just installed a new water heater for my Dad. Again, excellent and timely service. Dawson was a pleasure to work with. He was very personable and professional.

They recently fixed a problem with an outdoor pipe at my house. They came right out and took care of the issue very quickly.

Great service. Kept contact by text with arrival time. Came early. Also sent pictures of service person. Saved us money on service call because we moved the service from the weekend to a week day. I really appreciate that. Not many companies would even suggest doing that. Will be calling them again if I need any plumbing service.

Hunter was recommended by my HOA. After my research into customer satisfaction comments, I didn't hesitate to call them for service. Serviceman was prompt, courteous and informative. He answered all of my concerns & added suggestions. I'm glad I chose this company!

I enjoyed the people. Punctual and communicative.. I was Informed on everything that would happen. It was done in a timely fashion and cleanly fashion. I was given a tour of the work that had been done and given a schedule for maintenance. I had a water purification system installed. They also did certain things that made it more convenient for me in the future to change filters. They were actually early and they left before expected. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend them for a variety of things. They also worked on installing a generator in my home for an entire house generator. . Ethan performed preventative maintenance on our two gas fireplaces.
He showed us how to operate one of them (we just moved in.)
He did a great job and was professional and friendly.
We will request him again next time.

Ethan came to install our new bathroom sink and faucet. He made sure that everything was installed properly, he also replaced the under-sink piping to prevent any leaking. He also took care of a couple of small issues with a toilet and a sink stopper and faucet in another bathroom.

The tech Marc was courteous, professional and knowledgeable of his work; explained everything thoroughly. Great to work with.

Ethan did a great job repairing a corroded and leaking outdoor gas line earlier this month. Great interpersonal skills dealing with customers. He'll be returning to replace our 18 year old hot water heater soon.

I can always count on Hunter plumbing to take care of any situation I might have. Mark came in and quickly, assess the problem and stayed at it until he resolved the issue.

Outstanding service by Hunter Plumbing Services, LLC. My situation began with Ethan who was extremely thorough and took time to share with me what was going on through the process of his attempting to fix a toilet issue. After many attempts it became apparent that my issue was much more severe than originally suspected. Eventually Marc and Eric joined Ethan at my home to locate a blockage that could not easily be found. Through persistent teamwork, advanced technology tools, and the resolve to find a solution it was discovered that my builder had not capped the escape line properly and I had a large root system growing in my pipe system. Due to my late afternoon appointment Kathy even got involved scheduling a follow-up appointment for Ethan and Marc to complete the job. It was not as easy as it sounds as they had to locate the escape line that was cut off and buried at my foundation. The good news is they got it done! I appreciate their plumbing skills, the fact that they communicated with me through the entire process, their diligence to locate the escape line and withdraw the four foot or so root system without unnecessary damage to my home.

Thank God for Hunter plumbing services LLC ! I had a pipeline leak in the front of my home and after having Horry County water and sewer, tell me I had to contact a plumber. I reached out to this company and they were very prompt to find the leak and started working on it right away! Although my house is an older home, Eric knew where to dig and find where the leak was coming from! Im so grateful to have had this company come out and help fix my pipe that is in a complicated area under cement and brick!

Ethan is the GOAT. he was a wonderful guy and amazing to talk too, was explaining everything every step of the way and even did great with pets being in the house! Amazing guy and he is doing the company good.

They did a 30ft natrual gas pipe 16 inches under ground for my Webers grill to be hooked up. Great company.

Marc, my technician was very personable, thorough and meticulous. Hunter Plumbing Services took care of my water heater replacement within 3 hours from the initial call to the completion of the removal and replacement of my failed and leaking water heater. Incredible service. I am a Fan!
