I just purchased and moved into a new home in DeKalb County, IN. Immediately I had to replace a broken LP Hot Water Heater! The guys at Go with the Flo Plumbing came out the same day I called to inspect the situation, gave me a quote and worked with me to quickly get a new Electric Hot Water Heater - which will save me money in the long run. They are knowledgeable, reasonable and courteous! "Going the extra mile!" should be their business motto!

They are in the process of installing the water softener and the whole house filtration system, have fixed the crawl space leaking water pipes, and installed my new toilet.

Excellent service at great prices and timely repairs - thanks to their crew!

my wonderful new walk-in Shower! The crew are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They arrived soon after the scheduled time at 8 a.m. and stayed with job until the install and cleanup was completed. I am VERY happy with the results!

Zach Olsen did a great job finding the leak and then getting the new faucet for us. Highly recommend him!!!

Go With The Flo was wonderful. From first speaking with Falesha to schedule the appointment. She kept me informed and I received a text on the day of, when the technician was on his way. Zach showed up promptly on time for my tenants, and was able to find the leaking issue and fix it immediately. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend this amazing company.

Thursday morning, I woke up and had no running water from my well system. No faucet, no shower, nothing. By Thursday afternoon Zach from Go With the Flo was there diagnosing the problem - a faulty pump controller. It's an uncommon part, so by Thursday evening Ryan had a replacement located and overnighted, and by mid-Friday i had running water again.

These guys really went above and beyond to source and track that part, and fit me in their schedule to get it installed.

Falesha, Zach, and Ryan are absolute legends, and these guys will be the only plumbers i use going forward.

They listened, got right to problem solving our plumbing issue and explained all of our options clearly. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and can say without a doubt they went above and beyond our expectations. I had them re-route my fresh water supply line at my mobile home so that I could more easily replace the heat tape on that pipe. They did a really nice job. The tape has been replaced and I'm all set for the winter months.

Ryan and his crew are absolutely amazing! Im so glad I was recommended to them. We had 3 plumbers come take a look and my gut told me to go with these guys and my gut was right! They were patient, thorough, professional and did right by us as customers every step of the way. Even when I had a million questions and doubts and a ton of fear. We had a leak under our slab and they took care of it professionally, quickly, meticulously and frankly, perfectly! These guys truly are a godsend and worth it. Its hard to trust people these days with these types of issues and I trust them with my everything. Great people, great service.

We bought a 1980s hone seven months ago with a home owners warranty. In the last few months Go w the Flow has replaced several valves that were stuck or leaking, shower/tub feed lines and connections, and replaced the PVC lines from the bladder tank to the pressure switch. They have always been very easy to work with, communicate well, and do a good job. GwTF is now my regular plumbing go-to.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Ryan and Zach not only got the stoppage cleared under the house, Ryan checked the other drains to be sure they were all clear. This revealed a blockage in the kitchen sink drain, which they also cleared. Very friendly and efficient, and communication from the office was very good advising status of arrival. They were sent by our home warranty, so the questions below about price do not apply to us. We highly recommend Go With The Flo Plumbing.

Quick to answer my call. Scheduling was fast and easy, first thing on a Monday morning after a Sunday call. They were only here a few hours for a drain pipe replacement. Cleaned up after themselves and communicated throughout the service.

You WILL NOT regret Going With The Flo Plumbing. Price was amazing (literally half of my highest quote I got) and they were very communicative and easy to work with. They got in real quick to get the work done and then they were out.

Once they got started it was one thing after another. . I just wanted to cry! They ended up removing cast iron piping and replacing it with PVC, they fixed two toilets and a water line under the bathroom! (I think thats it? Idk it was a lot!) However, they were very professional and really nice. They worked until the issues got fixed. When you talk to them you can just tell they are really good people, and very honest. They were respectful of my home (despite my house being a mess with kids they still took good care!) I would recommend them any day. Of course the guys did great work, but Falesha was honestly the best! I assume she runs the business.. she had great customer service, prompt response time and overall a really nice person!
