Nolan and Eef just wrapped up our first experience with Ben's Plumbing. After several disappointing plumber experiences, Ben's team was a godsend! Nolan and Eef were pleasant, professional, thorough--yet conscientiously managed their time diagnosing and addressing a tenacious leak so that they stayed within the usual minimum site visit charge! Our tenants were happy with the experience, too.
Ben's front office is also staffed with considerate pros: Michelle and Keira responded to my online request almost immediately and kept me informed in advance so I could coordinate with our tenants--even offering an earlier time than initially scheduled to address our emergency ASAP. I'm glad to finally have permanent, go-to plumbers I trust!

Honest and straightforward, with focus on doing quality work rather than extracting maximum immediate revenue from a customer.
Due to drops of water appearing on the exterior underside of the overhang below my kitchen sink I suspected a small leak. After researching plumbers I chose Ben's Plumbing based on their positive reviews and BBB accreditation, switching from the firm we had used several times in the past.
Derek and Taylor (Tyler?) arrived and were able to find the general area of the leak. In order to expose the pipes and pinpoint the leak, they concluded that a hole would need to be cut in the groove-and-tongue staggered planks that formed the underside of the overhang. Though they could cut the hole if I wished, they suggested that I have it done by a specialist for aesthetic reasons; Ben's could then return and fix the exposed pipe. I followed their suggestion.
After the pipes were exposed I was able to locate the very wee leak. Ben's Plumbing then sent Derek and Taylor to do the repair. They did excellent work, and the total cost was very reasonable with no surprises.
The office staff I communicated with (via text) to set up the two appointments, Michelle and Kiera, were a pleasure to deal with.

Josh and Alex truly went above and beyond for us.
They were here for three visits and handled some genuinely challenging work with professionalism and care. The main job involved replacing a toilet drain lead bend, which turned out to be very complex - they had to cut through a joist to do it properly, and one night they worked all the way until 7pm to make sure it was done right.
What really stood out was everything they helped with outside the original scope. They installed both a toilet and a sink even though that wasnt part of their job, and the sink required installing the faucet and assembling legs onto it, they just took it on without hesitation. They also went upstairs to help us diagnose a toilet valve leak and helped fix it on the spot even though that wasn't a part of their scope.
We also had our 1-year-old baby at home during the work, and Josh and Alex were incredibly mindful of him the entire time; making sure stair areas were safe, keeping tools secured, and being very aware of where he was. As parents, that level of consideration meant a lot to us.
Throughout the process, they were patient, thorough, and clearly cared about doing quality work, not just checking boxes. Its rare to find tradespeople who are this willing to help when things get complicated.
Were incredibly grateful for their effort and would absolutely recommend them. If youre working with this company, ask for Josh and Alex... youll be in very good hands.

I selected this company from online reviews. it went very well. they arrived early. when I scheduled they said they might. think about it, could you complete jobs/errands in many different places and be sure of the exact time all would take?
the plumbers, Nick and Eric, were professional, explained everything, listened and completed the work in a timely manner. they also had time for 2 small fixes, as they were running ahead of schedule.
I will definitely call Ben's plumbing when plumbing work is needed!

Wonderful experience starting with the gentleman who came to bid the job and Brian and his assistant who installed a PVC In our crawlspace and a faucet for us In our kitchen. They were here on time, It took them almost exactly the amount of time that the bid estimated. Very clean and made sure that everything was tested and running perfectly when the job was finished. I couldnt have asked for more. I would definitely recommend them.

We needed a new water heater, mine was 10 years old and I wasnt waiting for a leak or emergency to have me make the call in a rush. We have special equipment and needed a good company to handle the install. Bens was referred to me by a contractor I worked with, but I still called 3 companies, (one didnt show up and one didnt follow up). Bens was quick to come to my house to provide an estimate and look at what I needed, they were prompt with an estimate returned to me, I had polite, knowledgeable installers who went the extra mile (Nick) and did things that probably shouldve been done 10 years ago to the piping and everything was reasonably executed. I am happy I used Bens I got great value and service.

We called Bens Plumbing after a different plumbing company was unable to fix a slow drain and led us to believe that we had a serious problem that required an expensive fix. John came out and fixed what turned out to be a fairly mundane plumbing issue in about 15 minutes, and could not have been nicer or more professional. When our disposer sprung a leak, we contacted Ben's Plumbing because they had outstanding ratings, reviews, and a great web site. Nolan and Eric did excellent work on everything we needed to have done, including extras we added to their work order. When a surprise electrical glitch was discovered, Nolan immediately jumped in to help us located an equally-highly-rated local electrician. All is now back up and running smoothly. We found out we had a drip in our water heater when hvac furnace was being serviced. HVAC service gave us a bid, and I called Bens based on reviews. They were so friendly and helpful. They came the next day to replace at 2/3 the cost of HVAC company. Big win!

The service I received today was awesome. I called with my toilet concern and Kiera told me that they actually had someone who could get here in 30-60 minutes. Before Kiera ended the call, she made sure that I understood the pricing standards that Bens Plumbing uses.
Just 30 minutes later when Nolan and Eric showed up they were friendly, prepared, and got straight to work (and werent annoyed by my barking dog). Once the job was done, Nolan made sure I understood what the job had entailed and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. When I asked about another plumbing annoyance, Nolan took a look, improved the issue, and told me my options for next steps.

When I needed their help again (for a different issue) Josh and Eph were at my house in about 20 minutes. When I mentioned I had guests coming, they offered to come back later that evening and didnt even charge me for the first visit. That level of honesty and care is so rare these days. Nick then came out after hours that evening and fixed the issue at a great price.

I cant say enough positive things about Bens. Our water heater started leaking. We contacted a number of different plumbers. Bens was by far the most responsive, thank you so much, Michelle. They were able to come out the same day and get the service done very quickly. They also charged significantly less than their estimate because they were able to get the service done during normal business hours and it took less time than they had thought. Rarely have I ever come across a business that charges less than they say theyre going to. Additionally, the work was very good and the plumber was incredibly nice. I would definitely recommend Bens above all other plumbers Ive ever worked with.

Ben's is one of the smoothest ran operations in Seattle. It felt like they were equipped to tackle any job I could have. Immediate response from a real person, fully stocked van with anything and everything regardless the age of the home, completely fair pricing and never once did I notice a pushy attitude from any of the staff. The best plumbing company Ive ever worked with. The people on their team are fantastic. From Nick the owner, Michelle the scheduler, Brian and Jon are amazing in residential projects, Anthony for rough in and large multi unit projects. The HVAC team Kurt. I can go on and on. Ive used other companies before and no one compares to this team. Theyre not the least expensive but worth every penny because they get the work done right the first time and I dont have to call them back to fix mistakes. Hire this team. You wont regret it.
