After nine and a half hours on the road to OBX to open our beach house, we discovered a burst water pipe. Every plumber I called the next morning was fully booked, but Sea Glass Plumbing fit us in that same day. Ken arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, gave us a clear estimate, and fixed it perfectly. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend Sea Glass Plumbing. Scheduling was very easy online, providing a 2 hour window, with follow up confirmation provided not only following scheduling but also the day of appointment. Ken was very communicative, letting me know an hour before my appointment the exact time he expected to arrive and provided cost of repair prior to beginning the job. He did a great job, was very careful making sure no dirt was brought into my home - covers placed over his shoes, cloth tarp place at work area and towel to wipe up any water drops. Although I hope not to need, if I do need plumbing services in the future, will definitely use Sea Glass Plumbing.

I cant recommend this plumbing company enough! They recently fixed my toilet, handled a repair, and installed a brand new one. The entire process was seamless from start to finish.
They were professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they delivered. Everything was done quickly.

Ken replaced a hot water tank for me. Same day service, excellent job. Left area very clean. Several weeks later, I had him come back to address some small miscellaneous plumbing issues. Once again, I couldn't have been any more pleased with his service - promptness, quality and friendliness. Very easy to deal with. I can recommend him without reservation!

Im new the area and Ive been having issues with my toilet overflowing and couldnt figure out why. Ive had 3 other plumbing companies over to my house to fix the issue. Every single time they fix it and overcharge me just for it to overflow again the next day. Its been an ongoing issue and nobody could seem to figure out why. I was ready to just throw away the whole toilet but my husband insisted I reached out to this company. I called and someone answered the phone right away and they came over to fix it the same day! Over the phone the guy was extremely nice and respectful and he gave me a price cheaper than anyone else Ive dealt with so far. He came over and fixed it within the hour and I havent had issues since!! I shouldve just gone to this guy first (dont tell my husband lol!) . Thank you for your help and kindness
