Had a toilet flange break and needed to be replaced. Was able to get out to see us within 24 hours. Tate and another gentleman (can’t recall his name) performed the work. Zero complaints. Quality, efficient work at a very reasonable price.

Woke up to a huge water leak in basement, we had initially called Dupree Plumbing and they could not send someone out the same day, we were given Towne Plumbing information , Brett came out was very nice and immediately found the issue, the hot water line had a crack , he was able to replace the pipe. The expansion tank and the prv also needed to be replaced. Brett answered all of our questions and concerns and fixed all the issues. We were only without water for a day. We will definitely call Towne Plumbing again!

I feel $175 for the little bit of work that he had to do to fix the problem and literally took him 20 minutes- was WAY overpriced… I expected it to be more like a visit cost of $79 or so- We have always trusted your company to come out and give a fair price but this time I feel it was not fair. A good job is always done, But I feel this was unreasonable for a quick fix of a pipe clogged w/ TP.

The best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Brett came out to diagnose my problem, talked me through the options for repair and was back within two days to fully resolve the issue which included replacing my hot water heater. I booked online this morning, and they were here within 45 minutes! They were honest with their professional opinion if we should be proactive and replace both toilets’ guts, when only one toilet was malfunctioning. Towne Plumber to the rescue. We had someone come in to do some major plumbing and the guy was a plumber wanna be. He did not know what he was doing. We ended up calling Towne Plumber and Shane came in within a couple of hours and he and his assistant cleaned up and redid everything correctly and professionally. We contacted Towne Plumber after coming home to sewage coming out of our toilet and tub on a Sunday evening. They were out the next morning and discovered the toys our toddler had flushed down the toilet. In a few hours, they were able to recover the toys and get our pipes functioning again. Their team was fast to respond, super professional and great to work with. We are grateful for their expertise and someone we can trust for our plumbing needs. Would highly recommend them!
