The service was fine. However, I was very disappointed when your representative asked me to pay a $75 visit fee. I wish I had known this charging policy earlier when we were setting up the appointment. For your information, it is not the amount that bothers me, it is the fact that it was mentioned at the end of the visit. It was unexpected! Such “gotchas” do not speak well for your company. I would have paid the amount willingly had I known about it. Now I feel I was taken advantage of.

Subsequent to my earlier feedback, Paluska Plumbing contacted me and apologized for not having informed me earlier about the charge for a prospective visit. They acknowledged the miscommunication that happened and graciously refunded my payment. This action clearly demonstrated their wish to be fair to their customers and do the right thing! I appreciate it and applaud them for it. It is rare to see it these days when so many contractors do things that make homeowners/customers regret hiring them. I have left my original remarks untouched so that readers can see how Paluska Plumbing handled my feedback responsibly. Now, instead of a dissatisfied customer in me, they have one who thinks highly of them! I know I would love doing business with them! And I know you will too.

Jorge Cortex did fantastic work for me today. He started the service today by doing his best to not charge me for unnecessary services.
Then answered my barrage of questions about the service he was providing. I am not personally knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing, but Jorge was incredibly kind and respectful. He helped me understand more about my ground water level, why my sump pump runs as often as it did, and he explained the process he used to remedy my situation.
He did that all while obviously taking care in his work. Double checking for any leaks that may have shown up, and maintaining professional, polite conversation.
He also took the time to answer a couple of unrelated questions I had of plumbing things in the house, maintenance of my water heater and even mismatched fittings I had for my fish tank.

They did a great job! 02/24/26 Today Mr.Jorge came out to handle my plumbing concerns. He was on time, very professional, kind and knowledgeable of his job! After being continually disappointed in plumbing services, I have now found my lifetime plumbing company. David and Jacob were cordial and efficient; working as a team. They were extremely professional and knew exactly what they doing. Estimate was done over text messages and photos. No charge for an estimate. No hard selling or pressure. Saved me $1000. I've hired these guys twice over the years. I've never seen such happy and confident tradespeople. You can tell the company treats their people right by the work they do. I'll admit, I'm one to complain A LOT, but I can't find a single thing to complain about with Paluska. I would say they set the bar. Pulaski has the best plumbers! Ethan was awesome! professional, polite, & so very kind. Ethan was on time, worked with a sense of urgency, replaced a faucet. & repaired another. He went over his work with me to make sure I was satisfied. The work spaces were left super clean & tidy. He gave me a complete price for approval before he started the work. I normally do not like working with plumbers but this company has a customer for life. Did not try to get me to approve any work that wasn’t needed, and ended up being a bigger job than expected but they got it done quickly and avoided damage to walls, and minimal damage to ceiling to get access to to the pipes. Great company to work with. I can see why they came so highly recommended by the neighborhood.

Wow! Have to say that Paluska Plumbing has great employees! The plumber came in with his apprentice, and they were very professional. The plumber told me what part on the sink had failed and the steps to fix it! They both were kind and that means a lot to me! They will be the company we call for all of our plumbing needs. Ethan went above and beyond to educate me on my vintage plumbing system.
Explaining the different materials used several decades ago and the advantages disadvantages of these materials.
What seemed to be an absolute major complex job. Was throughly explained and extraordinarily quoted ‘minus ($4500)’ extraordinary. Previous salesman had stated the necessary job was going to be a major, and complex endeavor. Amounting to nearly $5,000 - as it turns out, over time the industry has evolved from flexible coper tubing to rigid tubing. So the “damage” to the tube is simply the way old- timers articulated the tube to avoid installing fittings…. Since the older tubing presented no operational issues, It does not need to be reworked.
This highlights the level of experience, knowledge, and honesty that the plumbers carrying the “Paluska Plumbing” badge offer!!!
