My water heater was leaking. I called for emergency service. He offered to walk me through it or come over. I opted for coming over. He arrived promptly, shut off valves hooked up pump and hose and promptly drained tank. Also helped clean screen on my washer removing silt and connected everything back. He explained everything,was professional and courteous and cleaned up any messes. I would recommend Sullivan plumbing to everyone.

Nick was amazing! he did an excellent job and went above and beyond expectations. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

we had a great experience. Chris at Sullivan diagnosed the problem with my mom's tankless water heater but just to confirm he faced timed with the factory rep while on site and they confirmed his diagnosis. Once the part arrived, Chris got the unit up and running and the total cost was less than the estimate if you can believe that. Knowledgeable, efficient and honest describes our experience with Sullivan.

Great guys, that were efficient courteous and quick. Got to the problem and advised replacement foe very old sewer drain.

Sullivan Plumbing has saved us so many times. Last week they installed a sump pump in our crawl space and routed it to the existing storm water drain pipe at our property line. They worked very hard digging a trench and a hole for the sump pump. Very professional, courteous and made sure they didnt leave without asking if we had any questions. They even coordinated with an electrical contractor who was unable to dig around the hard, impacted soil outside to place grounding rods. Such great service and attention to detail Kody noticed a leaky pipe in the crawl space and came back today to fix it. My water karma is restored with Sullivan Plumbing!

Great experience! Two technicians came out right away, and they were both very professional and friendly. They pinpointed our issue quickly and got it resolved. Well definitely call Sullivan again in the future!

Chris and John came out, identified a leak and told me how they were going to fix it, how long it would take and quoted me the price, two hours later, leak fixed, no mess left behind and the cost came in u der the original quote. HONEST company, great service and honorable employees.

Kody and Casey fixed my leaking tub faucet. They were knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, clean, and efficient. This is the second time I've hired Sullivan Plumbing and have been pleased both times with the staff and the work. Both times I have felt comfortable with them in my home, which is important to me as a single mom. I don't know how much plumbing jobs typically cost, but the price seemed very reasonable and pricing was upfront.

We had our HW tank replaced and the technicians did an wonderful job. They were on time, courteous and left our mechanical room spotless . Highly recommend them ....thank you

Duane saved our Christmas! Major clog in the sink occurred Christmas morning and he was there that afternoon to do the repair. He was very sweet, did the repair quickly and left the area under the sink super clean. We were able to make Christmas dinner and clean up all the dishes in the sink like nothing ever happened. We have used Sullivan in the past and will continue to do so for all of our plumbing needs!

Pete and team are the best plumbers in Bellingham. I live in the county and have a weird storm drain that was flooding late at night. Pete showed up fast, unplugged the drain and prevented my ADA ramp from flooding worse. On a separate occasion, Sulivans did an expert and very fairly priced heat pump water heater install. I appreciate their fair and transparent pricing.

Sullivan replaced a few leaky hose bibbs and some water supply lines for my faucets. The same person that provided the estimate also did the work, which was awesome. They finished the work in a timely manner and worksite was cleaned up really well. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I could not be present for the work but trusted Nick who I had met before. He kept me apprised and corrected the problem we had. What is remarkable as well is that I had flagged him down a few months ago when I saw him leaving my neighbors house. I needed a plumber to assess a poorly draining sink. He assessed it and gave a couple of suggestions we could try before investing in an expensive repair. Honest, considerate, and capable.

During a stressful time for my family Scott came to my rescue to correct a problem with my new toilet install, no fault of Sullivan. He identified the problem and was tireless in fixing the issue and I can't say enough about his service. Sullivan will be my go to plumbing source.

I had water coming out of the front of my new house yesterday. My usual plumber was fully booked and recommended Sullivan.

I called and they were out within an hour. They found my issue (which was luckily minor) and got it fixed quickly.

We now feel like we have a reliable plumber. What a relief! We had our kitchen plumbed for a high-end steam oven we were installing. It required a cold water feed and a waste water drain for steam condensate. Our technician Nick was not familiar with the appliance (few people are!) but familiarized himself with it online ahead of time, and was certainly knowledgeable and competent in the tasks required, and practical in his approach to adapting the installation to our kitchen. They were able to schedule us quickly, and took excellent care of our floors, cabinetry, and clean-up. The system is now working flawlessly. He quoted me a reasonable hourly rate plus parts, and the total came in within the range he had guesstimated at the outset. We are very happy with Nick and with Sullivan Plumbing.

Nick from Sullivans Plumbing was super great to work with. His gentle demeanor was so pleasant while I was frantically in need of someone to run a sewer scope on a home I was trying to buy, so I had little time and needed it done asap. I had called several plumbers and no one who was certified was able to get to the home in the quick timeline I needed. He tried to do it in a way that would save me a little bit of money, but he was up front about the costs as we moved along. By end of day, I had a recording of the scope and a full write up. The gal that set up the appointment was super helpful and kind as well. I know who I will be calling next time I need a plumber! Thanks Sullivans!

I had a middle of the night water heater flood and got same day service to replace the heater. Kody taught me a lot about water heater operation and maintenance, and answered all my questions. He and his apprentice were professional, friendly and did the work efficiently.

We recently (last week) had really a water line bust. We got a bid from Gary's Plumbing 1st, because they are closer... but the bid was a shocker- rooskie. My daughter makes a bit more delivering babies! We had Sullivan come out and take a look... .. The Tech/Plumber was Nick. Okay, my husband was in Construction, he still is the hardest worker that I know. Even at retirement, most people's work ethic DOES NOT impress him. Nick's did. And when we got the final bill, it was literally THOUSANDS under what we expected. Nick and his Co-worker had the entire job done HOURS under the anticipated time frame! They even personally dropped off a few tools that we left at the job site.

Scott and the assistant quickly saved the day and fixed our toilet . Both men were very friendly. They did a great job and left the bathroom clean and tidy. We were glad Sullivan was as quick as they were.

We needed a sewer inspection done on a potential home we wanted to buy, Kody came out and walked us through the entire inspection so we knew exactly what we were getting into with buying and remodeling such an old home. He gave us lots of good advice and offered services for the future! He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable!

I highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing. Our hot water heater was old and leaking and causing damage to our floors. Sullivan Plumbing arrived on time and had a new water heater installed within hours. They did a fantastic install. They are now my go to for all plumbing issues in the future.
