After working for many years as a plumber and acquiring his Master Plumber's License, Mr. Maupin founded his own company, working out of a makeshift office in his home's garage.
It wasn't long before the company developed and he was able to hire his children making Maupin Plumbing a fully-fledged, family owned business. Maupin Plumbing moved to its current location and the business continued to find success. Needing more assistance, Mr. Maupin hired two more employees, his father to help in the office and a plumber's helper.
