Positive Plumbing, Heating & Air, is a true testament to the American dream. The immigrant/family-owned company is led by the owner, Alex, who is originally from Africa. He was born and raised in Rwanda. In 1994, he escaped the country during its genocide and spent over seven years in refugee camps in several neighboring countries until he finally got an opportunity to come to the United States: "The place where freedom lives and dreams come true."

He is grateful to be an American citizen and is happily married with two young children. He and his family have lots of love for others, especially those who are in need and have no food. To give back, Alex and his family love to help poor families in Africa by providing life's necessities to those people in need. It is because of his background that Alex takes pride in providing the best service he can for those in Orange County with plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs at a fair and modest price.

Alex really bailed us out this time. Our A/C quit in the middle of this last heat wave. I called Alex and somehow they found the capacity to come out the same day and fixed the problem immediately. My poor Dogs couldn't have taken another day of oppressive heat in the house. IMHO, these guys truly know their stuff and are really honest as well. No extra charges and no attempts to upsell you additional equipment or services. They have really earned our business!

Our heater at our home was not operating well. I found Alex through my business partner Cubie. So grateful to work with trusted referrals. Alex was responsive, efficient, fast, and kind. Alex was able to come right away & discovered what needed to be fixed. We scheduled our next appointment & Alex did a phenomenal job. He even helped my mom with her new air filter. We will be calling him again in the future for annual maintenance check ups for the AC & Heater! Call Alex he is the BEST professional & Trustworthy. We are so happy we went through Positive Plumbing Heating and Air!

Finding a reliable HVAC company is not easy. Most will upsell their service and have you pay a service that you don't need it yet. Therefore, having known an HVAC company that actually know what they are doing and care about the problem is very rare and definitely is a keeper

We use Alex's service to find and repair the leak in our sprinkler valve. The leak has caused us a big headache because the water bill went really high. Alex came on time and patiently explained the problem and how he's going to repair it. He's very humble and not like those other HVAC servicemen we used in the past where they are too cocky to explain the problem and the solution. Alex explained that our house sprinkler valve was old and it's the metal kind, not the PVC kind.

Over time the valve has become corroded and water seeps through causing the leak. Alex completes the repair within a few hours and he's definitely a life saver. His pricing is very competitive too. Thank you Alex for your help.

We used Alex to redo our AC drain pipe line since the previous contractor didn't do a good job in running the AC evap coil drain line. The previous contractor somehow combine the primary and the secondary drain line into one pipe which is not up to code. If there were clogging on the line somehow, it would've flooded our entire attic and it's definitely gonna be a disaster. Alex complete the job in no time and carefully explain how the primary and secondary drain line works. We are so grateful for Alex and we'd recommend Alex for anyone who needs to do things around the house the right way.

Alex is an honest, caring, and hardworking professional who I have used for my plumbing AND air conditioning project for many years. He has done so many projects for me: Replacing 17 water valves, the water regulator, and installing a shutoff valve in my 27 year old home. He did a complete installation of a brand new HVAC system including uninstalling the old unit, and testing and optimizing the new one.

He has also done smaller projects for me like fixing a toilet or responding quickly to stop a minor water leak. I am very handy with tools myself, and watching him work inspires me with confidence because he not only does a great job, but he also checks his own work multiple times.pure quality.when Alex is done, you know everything works perfectly. If you want it done right and service with a smile, call him and meet a true professional who will put a smile on your face. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Alex is an exceptional plumbing/heating/AC professional. I originally called him for my AC which he repaired and serviced promptly and efficiently. Then, i had him visit my rental property for annual AC maintenance. Next, I had him install shower fixtures. Most recently, I had him come out for an EMERGENCY call on Sunday morning at 7 am! He was there to access the situation within an hour.
