They were interested in doing the work, they were prompt, the technician kept me informed about everything thing he was doing, he was able to fix the problem and he was very professional.
Marc finished the job of replacing two faucets as requested and in addition solved another problem with the leaky shower head while at the house.
He also recommended a solution to another larger project of replacing the current hot water heater, so we'll go to Rooter Guys again for this next project.
