I called this company this morning and they responded immediately. My hot water tank was flooded and the sensor did not work. Mr. Burris was professional, personable. He took his time to ensure I understood the problem. He was able to quickly provide a resolution. Now I have hot water without having to replace the tank. The cost to replace the part and dry out the tank from the flood was affordable. I would definitely recommend this compnay especially if you need immediate service.
