The service man we had was FANTASTIC! No matter what he was faced at my house and some unexpected issues that caused him to have to leave for parts not on his truck, more than once, ..he was always whistling while he worked, was very polite, personable, and professional in providing great service, checking everything over one last time before leaving. My email confirmation said his name was Rick, so I will be asking for him again any service we may need. Thank you very much Rick!

A lower level toilet clog flooded the basement and Mr. White and his plumber John arrived the following morning as requested. They solved the issue in 30 minutes with old school knowledge and modern high-tech equipment. Their trucks are also well kept and make a nice appearance, if that matters to you. Highly recommend! Thank you gentlemen. Can I buy a t-shirt as well;)?

David E White came out quickly to diagnosis a water heater problem. Provided me with options and estimates, and promptly answered follow-up questions. After agreeing to the work (new on-demand system) the communication was great, and they showed-up on-time with a full crew to perform the work. They kept me informed and answered questions while they worked. The new system is installed and working great, we love it and I will not hesitate to call them in the future if needed, and/or recommend them to friends and neighbors.
