Han went above and beyond my expectations when it came to arriving on time. I say that because he arrived long before the window of the appointment. That was a big plus! He arrived shortly after his call. Very polite throughout the inspection. He went about doing his work in a very determined and pleasant manner. Upon completion of the inspection, he informed me of a few matters that I needed to take care of. I like the fact that he didn't waste any time and made sure that his job was done. Thank you Han!

ALWAYS an awesome job by Michael & Son! Today, Danny & Mario did a fantastic job with our HVAC duct cleaning! Ray came out to look at my current water heater issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. I appreciated the time he took to explain the options and his strong experience with plumbing. The price was higher than competitors, but there are a lot of benefits going with a company that has multiple disciplines (plumbing, electrical, HVAC). I would recommend having them out to fix anything or to be able to get estimates. They seem trustworthy and honest.
