We called several other places before calling Route 66 and none could guarantee to come out the same day. Route 66 gave a small window of time as to when they would be out so we didn't have to wait around all day. Once Dillan arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable about how to best fix the problem. Before he left, he made sure everything was working property.
We will definitely call Route 66 first the next time we need a plumber. Stephen and Joseph arrived on time and fixed our leak issue that another company failed to fix. Who knew that our second water heater was not even connected? Thank you for fixing all of our issues and for cleaning up everything. He showed up & diagnosed the issues very quickly and the repairs were done fast and efficiently!
I recommend this company and this service representative! My main line, washer and A/C drains were all clogged, especially the washer/kitchen sink. Tim Robinson and another man showed up when they were scheduled to and worked for three hours cleaning the drains and sewer line.
