Spoke with Jeremiah, got amazing instant feedback and a quick end of day appt to send someone out to fix my shower faucet leak. Efrain and his partner showed up literally 60 mins later and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. Not only did they replace the broken part on the spot, they trouble shooted another hot water prob i had and made a great suggestion about that and my water heater. These guys are full professionals. Ive tried other plumbers but for once felt like a legit deal and honest days work from Cooper, top to bottom - thx guys.

Cooper Plumbing fit me into their schedule THE next day and was able to ID the problem and solve it during their visit. *The company is great on communication* and responds quickly. I did not personally meet with the people from copper plumbing because of work but I appreciated their quick responses my fiance was home and sent me the message in the screenshot! We've had experiences with plumbers before and copper stood out. Hopefully we won't have plumbing issues again but if we do we'll be reaching out to cooper plumbing.

Contacted Tuesday night, set up appointment for Thursday morning between 8 & 10. Showed up just at 8, repair was done in 45 minutes. Good value. We found out that our kitchen sink as clogged issue. He gave us options to replace it, or retry to declog. He fast, responsive and just charged the trip fee, we are still deciding how to move forward with the sink. If we end up replacing the sink we will reach back out to him

I recently purchased a townhome and was worried about some potential plumbing issues. David came out and diagnosed the problem, and while he was here, he also took a look at several other things that were listed in the inspection report. Turned out I needed a new water heater (which was not a surprise). He gave us a competitive quote for replacing it, and a couple days later, he and DJ delivered and installed it. Their work was thorough and detailed, and they never hesitated to talk through and address any concerns that I had. Highly recommended.
