Oliver quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through my options based on cost and durability. Once we aligned on an approach, he got to work, kept me in the loop, and at the end walked me through everything. I am a new home owner so he also taught me about the various water shutoffs in the crawl space. Would definitely call CPI again for my needs.

The young man that came to look at my plumbing problem was Corbin. He was great at explaining what he thought the problem was and how he was going to confirm that and fix it the next day. I was given an estimate and it was spot on. Corbin and the gentleman with him on the second day where super with my floors keeping their booties on and cleaned up after themselves removed my old toilet with no muss or fuss. I would use CPI again, recommended to my friends and definitely request Corbin.

We want to thank CPI Plumbing & Heating for the work they did for us. It was the Friday before Labor Day weekend, which is a difficult time to get someone out to help. We had to turn off the water to the house because of a problem we were having with our shower, and we had a very busy weekend planned with people coming up for the weekend. CPI Plumbing had a 'no problem. how can we help' attitude regarding the problem we were having and they sent Corbin out right away to help us. Corbin was so knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to.

I had a pipe that seemed to have burst and split underneath my house. As I was looking to shut off my water I called CPI for emergency assistance in helping to repair my piping as I had no idea where the pipe originated from and was connected to. Not even an hour after my call, Trevor came out to help and withing half an hour it was all resolved. Couldn't be anymore proud of this company! Outstanding work CPI! THANK YOU TREVOR.

Positive experience with Manuel, the tech who came out to perform annual maintenance on the furnaces in our rentals. Explained clearly the issues and provided clear options. Impressed how quickly estimates were provided.

Trevor came to our rescue! Our hot water delivery line sprung a leak at the tri-junction which made for a complicated fix. He quickly assessed the problem, explained the fix, and got right to work. Brannigan provided absolutely top-notch service! From the project estimate to the installation work, Brannigan's utmost attention to detail clearly demonstrates his commitment to the highest quality and pride of workmanship. When we asked questions about the work, Brannigan readily shared his knowledge and expertise. For example, before disposing our 16-year-old water heater, he removed the sacrificial anode to explain how it works and to show the extensive deterioration/corrosion.

We also give a shout-out to Amanda. Amanda's care and thoroughness in coordinating logistics, completing administrative requirements, and facilitating other communications was critical to ensuring no loose ends and the smooth progress of the project.

CPI got someone out three hours earlier than scheduled, this was awesome since I had to shut the main off for the leak. When Mike arrived, he was quick to find the issue and clearly explained the repairs needed. He had the repair done very fast and left no mess behind. I requested a quote from CPI for a new water softener. They were very responsive and communication was top-notch. Ryan came out and spent a lot of time explaining the options and pricing. I'm still reviewing the bids to decide which company to go with but I was very pleased with their responsiveness. The installation of a post water softener filter and proper softener flush line installation was contracted for today. Wesley Born and one other tech arrived on time (they called in advance), and worked until finished - about six hours later. Wesley listened to my preferences for the flush pipe routing and they did a professional job.

I won't hesitate to use them for future jobs. It's nice to have a trusted plumbing company in the area! I requested that CPI proceed with the final phase of the job and install a new water softener. The wanted to update the cost proposal and frankly I was getting a bit frustrated with the number of inaccuracies in the revised bid. Things I'd already paid for were listed in the final bid and other inaccuracies.

I was about just to go with someone else when they offered to come back out to the house to validate any additional changes needed to support a new water softener. Coady Pike and Ryan came out and confirmed that a revised proposal was in order. This was provided and the cost more in line with what I had been expecting. I'm still waiting to hear if their water softener can support WiFi or not but because this is a recent tech capability for this vendor, but Coady said he was in contact with the company that makes the water softener. More to come, I suppose. Coady and Ryan were great though.

Mike Smalanskas and Steven were great. They not only fixed the problem but also fully explained how everything worked, what they did, and how to better avoid issues in the future. They were professional and friendly at the same time. Very pleased with the experience.

They were quickly responsive, had a workable solution, reasonable price quote, and polite. I have started the process to get them back to do the work. They came back in about a week and fixed the shower and created an access to the plumbing so we didn't need to destroy the tile. So pleased! Thank you, CPI guys! Ryan came out to fix the leaky broken wax ring under the toilet the very same day I called. He even crawled under the house to make sure the subfloor was ok. Thank you!

Plumbers are not going to be inexpensive but I do feel we got our money's worth! Our water heater went out and even tho' it was close to 5pm, they sent a technician right away. The few other places we tried would be another day or two before they could come out. We would have NO running water in the meantime. Technician hooked us right up w/running water, removed the bad water heater and cleaned up as best as possible.

Then we were repaired and ready for reinstall, he came right out, worked diligently to get us all set. The new water heater set up is much better & more preventive so we don't have the same worry about any leaks. We appreciated the good service we received.

Called and inquired and right there I got appt for my drain cleaning within two hour window. Staff named Calvin explained all steps and estimates of the job entails. He got the job done professionally. Very polite and knowledgeable on his job. Good job guys. Service:Drain cleaning

Highly recommend CPI! We have used them multiple times for plumbing issues and always satisfied. Most recently we were blessed to have Corbin come out and assist us with a small issue. He exceeded all our expectations! He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He even took pictures to show us the problem and help better understand the solution.

One call and I got a plumber out to my house within an hour. I was away on a trip when my waterheater stopped working, but they worked with me over the phone. Thorough. Professional. And within a few hours my Waterheater was working again. Haven't had to have any plumbing work done since before COVID, so I thought the price a little high, but I have hot water. That's worth a lot.

Tyler Hawkins was very nice and professional. He even put on shoe covering upon entering my house. He let us know what our possibilities were for going a heat pump and possibly on demand water tank. It's a good start.

Ryan at CPI was great. He was available to arrive 30 minutes after my initial call for a faulty hose bib and a sewer smell coming from the upstairs tub. My dog loved Ryan, and he knocked out the work super quick. I was able to take a couple Zoom calls while he worked; next thing I knew, the hose bib was installed in the crawl space and works great. The tub job was a bit pricey and didn't fix the issue, but I am satisfied with the services performed. I'm 1 step closer to troubleshooting the tub drain issue.

Corbin was prompt, professional and very personable. He performed his task in a very timely manner. We will be referring any customers of ours and family and friends to CPI. I especially loved the next day appointment and on a Saturday as well! Service:Shower repair

Wesley and Jon worked on our clogged pipe and diagnosed our leak. They both were very professional and explained what had to be done and promptly fixed our issue. Thank you for having such knowledgeable technicians who knew exactly what to do to resolved our problem. On a return visit they fixed our pipes, Jon was the lead it appeared and kept us updated on the progress and worked diligently in the rain.

We have the upmost confidence our issues are fixed and we will not have any further Problems with those particular pipes. Although the bill was pricey we feel the prompt and outstanding job is worth it. Thanks for the great work Jon.
