I have used many customer service companies in the past several years and by far Bel-Red Heating. is the best in many ways. Customer service on the phone, emails and text messages has been awesome, especially during Covid and even now. I'm very impressed with the gentleman who came to my house today to service my whole house generator. Lawrence Brookover is a wonderful addition to your team.

He explained everything to me and was very helpful to make sure that I understood what he was concerned about. I wish he could teach a class to everyone in the customer service industry. Maybe there is hope for this industry with people who care about their customers. Thank you for sending him to me today!

We had BelRed come to investigate some issues we had with heating and cooling. George arrived and was professional, friendly, and able to determine what the issue was, whilst talking us through it in a clear way. Edit: George returned to complete the repairs and again we were impressed with the level of professionalism. Thanks BelRed for fixing our issue and doing so quickly and with great communication!

Justin Collier was a great help. He worked with me to find the best options for my electrical upgrade, finding a balance of cost and future-proofing improvements. I've got an older home, we discussed multiple options to cover as many of my improvement objectives as possible within budget constraints.

Our experience today was what we have expected from Bel Red over the years. We have been a long time customer (beginning our 3rd generation of HV units at 2 locations from them) and have received excellent, prompt and complete service over the years. The explanations of needed equipment and repairs had been excellent and today with George was no exception.

He was through in his evaluation of our heating units and clear in our needs. He also had the parts on hand to minimize disruption of our services as winter approaches and the need to return to do the repairs. John

Justin and Oscar did a great job today. They are very professional and very kind. They explained what they did and also showed me what was done. Joel and Gavino were excellent technicians who installed our HVAC system. They were very professional and performed quality work quickly.

We were more than pleased with Lawrence's knowledge and professionalism. he got us up and running and made the whole process easy and comfortable. He is someone you can really trust to be honest in his assessment and repair. We had Bel-Red back out to do a EV charger install and the service from Robert was excellent. Our home had an odd setup from 14 years ago that needed correcting. Matias and Jared cleaned up the wiring (including a new circuit) and replaced all of our circuit breakers ("panel refresh") in a few hours. Daniel Tickler was the best technician we've ever had. All of the people from Bel Red have been 100% but Daniel is over the top in explaining with detail about the system checking every detail and answering all my questions about the system. He's very professional and friendly. I want to refer the entire neighborhood to him. He changed the filter and educated me about the best filters to order as the filter wasn't changed with the installation.

I would like to request Daniel from now on if possible. He restored confidence that everything is complete with no loose ends. He's smart! Bel red is fortunate to have him. This kind of service makes people be happier to spend money!

Daniel was very professional and helpful. He checked up our HVAC and provided helpful tips. He also helped us set up an alarm to change the filters. Marshall Ryan and Chase Beamer ran a new electrical line for a garbage disposal in a home that I recently purchased. They were in my home for two different appointments to complete the work and were courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to get the work done, and didn't even mind having to crawl through three crawl spaces under my home to run the line to the electrical panel! I have many more projects to get done around this house, and I will be sure to call Chase and Marshall back to help me with the work. Would definitely recommend.

Michael Dunham was courteous and knowledgeable. However, and this was not Michael's fault, we were very confused because husband and I both put the appointment time as 2 pm in our calendars and we received a reminder text from Bel-Red that appointment was at 2 pm. We were surprised when Michael showed up at 10 am. We had another appointment at 10 am and had to scramble to reschedule our 10 am appointment.

Alex "the electrician" is above and beyond. He is one of the team who replacing our furnace from Bel-Red. He is easy to work with and understand the project we need. He puts light switch in our furnace room which we never thought about. We are very pleased with his exceptional work and think outside the box attitude. The rest of the team (Rodrigo, Alex the HVAC, and Dustin) are as awesome as Alex the electrician. They are very cooperative and got the job done nicely. We met Hayden for quote and trusted him that we made the right decision to go with Bel-Red. Kiddos guys!

Brandon and his team did an excellent installation. Great communication about what the process was and a great explanation of how the furnace and heat pump wotk. I was delighted to have such a competent team install our new furnace!

Marshall and Chase came out to give us an estimate on installing a wall charger. They were very thorough and was extremely empathetic when sharing the news that the installation would unfortunately require the upgrade of the fuse box. Marshall carefully walked me through the steps and even attempted to give me the worst case scenario cost to our project. Really appreciate him for taking every step to make sure I knew what cost could be coming.

We purchased a new furnace and heat pump from them. The technicians that come over for installation, problem solving, annual maintenance and once to fix an electrical problem (that was the house, not the furnace's problem) were all surprisingly friendly and polite. I mean, extra level pleasant. It makes paying the invoices somewhat more enjoyable.;)

George from Bel-Red heating cooling and plumbing was very prompt and courteous. Didn't push any sales on me, and gave me time to think about the cost of replacing blow motor. He also put a cover over his shoes before I enter my house which I appreciate it very much.

Oscar and Cody installed our EV home charger in the garage, then installed three new light fixtures and fixed a fourth - vintage original that we wanted to keep if possible. Fantastic work! Outstanding professionals, worked quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I've never been so happy with electrical contractors on my home or our rentals: best of four I've used. I'll bring back the Cody-Oscar team and BelRed for all my work going forward.

Cade and Oscar are fantastic electricians: they installed my Tesla wall connector today with super quality and speed. They are very knowledgeable and helpful for my choice of wall connectors. I will recommend them for electrical jobs any time!

Thomas and Dylan were awesome. They did a great job with our new electrical panel, new lights, and a new bathroom fan. They were very thorough in making sure things were done correctly. Nice! Kevin did comprehensive diagnostics to find out the problem of my current AC. Ensured it is safe to use. I learned lot about the status of my current system, which I can make decisions based on. Their opinions also make lots of sense, varying from repairing and replacing with a few branded units.

Replaced our furnace and added ac. Very happy with BelRed from initial contact for estimate thru installation. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Always answered our many questions. Highly recommend.

Everything was done well. Very neat installation. We are pleased to have A/C now. One tiny, tiny complaint: a pile of dirt was left on the lawn that I had to clean up. We really appreciate the electrician avoiding the installation of a sub panel which saved a significant cost. Working with BelRed both with the recent install of A/C and with the install of a new furnace in the early spring was great!

Of the four companies I contacted to obtain an estimate for gas furnace replacement and heat pump installation, one did not show up as promised and two did not perform a proper inspection and evaluation to determine the best type and size of equipment to use. Bel Red's representative that performed the installation spent about two hours measuring, inspecting and consulting with other specialists to determine what was needed and only then provided the three estimates I requested.

The pre-installation and installation technicians were also prompt, professional and personable. The job was done on schedule, looks good and each step was reviewed with me, including a complete review on how to operate the system. I haven't used this new equipment enough to judge it at this point (the Trane furnace fan does seem a bit loud) but, based on my experience with Bel-Red thus far, I expect that if there are problems they will be promptly addressed and routine maintenance service provided by Bel-Red will be effective.

Timely, high quality service at all levels. From appointment to keeping us informed about arrival, quote and then execution of the work. We wanted an instant heater and filter installed and it was little complicated because we did not have enough outlets and I wanted to make sure each of the connections can be turned off and on separately. Diego Torres did a good job. I would recommend both Diego and BelRed highly.

George was extremely responsive and helpful working with us and our on-site real estate agent Mike Mincy as we prepared our rental house to be sold while now living in Arizona. He kept us informed about appointments to assess and fix issues with the furnace and heatpump on the property at all times, and called to share what he'd found and get permission to do the necessary work.

He was always friendly and yet very professional. He's the kind of guy who makes it easy to recommend BelRed to others we know in the area who might need such services. It was a pleasure working with him.

We were in a pinch and needed someone to come take a look at a few things on our furnace and BelRed was amazing. The first lady we talked to on the phone (I forget her name) was great, she worked us in the next day. We ended up having to call and change the time and Maria was super helpful getting us set up. Our technician, Gabriel G. went the extra mile to help us get our furnace/thermostat in working order. He was on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will absolutely use BelRed in the future if anything comes up.
