Villas now has AC service, which is what I needed. Chance Longino did an outstanding job of taking care of our AC issue (torn duct) and inspected the outside unit, cleaned the coil and fins and flushed the drain line. Very reasonably priced, too. Sean and Rory did a fantastic job. I had an issue with a whole house water system and they went above and beyond in making sure that I got everything that I needed. They were very efficient and provided good quality work.

We called for a quote due to leaks in our home and wanted to work with a local provider. Sean was super helpful and explained our options and cost regarding replacement of the water heater and toilets.
While we were discussing this I asked on an air conditioning issue we were having and Sean and Chance provided us a quote for this work as well. Overall the cost was reasonable. Sean was very professional and helpful.

His attention to detail and ability to meet our needs installing our A/C was noticeable.I was impressed when Mr. Longino took the initiative to honestly replaceapart to the A\C he could just left there,and I would have futureproblems.

Matthew and Jeff came to the our home today to install gas lines since we decided to go from electric to gas in some of our appliances. They were very professional, answered all our questions and I will for certain be contacting them for any plumbing job in our home.

Chance is the best!! He knew the issue just by the fact that the motor was running far more than it should have been. He heard this because he was working on a neighbors unit & knocked on our door. We are usually overly cautious to any salespeople knocking on our door but we had also been concerned about our unit because of the very high temps we are having. My husband and I are definitely letting our neighbors and friends know who they should call for all their HVAC issues.

Villas Plumbing responded to me very quickly on a Saturday. They offered to come the next day (Sunday) but since it wasn't an urgent request I opted in for a Monday appointment. They were able to fix the problem in no time!The team has impeccable communication letting you know when someone is on the way, and they include a picture of the folks coming to your house which is a nice touch. Matthew was also fantastic, even when I requested he come back to check something after the fact. I would definitely use them again for any future needs.
