Their patient , knowledgeable , and talented staff installed a six head multi split inverter heat pump system in my 1770 cape. It doesnt get more complicated than my install and Terry, Malachy, Jason, and Nick made it look easy. No ugly piping on the outside and seamless use of closets and chases for piping on the inside. Yes they do HVAC!

Ryan is knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to and responded to my questions and concerns and was patient in explaining things and writing them down for me. He did a great job replacing the works under the kitchen sink and installing a water filter. Would absolutely put my trust in him again.

Vinnie and Myles came promptly to fix our hot water system - not knowing what the real issue even was! As soon as they looked they had the system working within a few minutes. Additionally we looked at the overall system, which had not been maintained properly, and we got a much needed education. We'll be getting them back soon for future maintenance and new system. More to come. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Customer service was prompt, courteous, educated, and pleasant.

Brian came today to tighten the new kitchen faucet that Nigel had recently installed. Brian was friendly & professional & completed the tightening in minutes. I'm happy with the results. Now if you could only lower your prices, I'd be ecstatic!

I had a great experience with Ryan Wesson from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our Combi hot water boiler (HTP ELU 150WCN) stopped working, but Ryan quickly got it back up and running. Terry, Malachy and Nick were great! We decided to replace our boiler due to the age of the old unit and some of the old installation work was not done properly . They installed the new combi boiler and corrected those old issues. The new boiler was up and running in one day and they worked very hard to get us a reasonable price. Extremely happy with their work and the service they provided!!

I'm leaving a five star review for Elliot my technician. He was friendly and engaging. He was full of information about my specific needs for my house system and the alternative of a change to propane. All though we did not connect on this project I would refer this company based on what I learned from Elliot.

This was a visit to repair a water leak that was not taking completely taken care of in the first visit. New faucet was installed and took care of leak under sink on the first visit. Leak was still apparent in the cellar after a few days, so had to call them. Ryan Wesson and Gunner came the same day that I called and since I paid a lot, it was worth it for the guarantee. They were both extremely professional and easy to talk to. Was able to voice my concerns and know that the work is guaranteed should the problem still exist. Everything that was done was explained and no further costs were added on. Thank you for the great service performed by Ryan and Gunner, and the company back up with no questions asked.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process clearly as he worked.He diagnosed a tripping well pump that was drawing high amps, safely pulled and replaced the pump, and restored our water the same day. He communicated what needed to be done, and completed the repair efficiently. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner, and we really appreciated being kept informed throughout the entire service. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend.

Nick and Killian were amazing. They were punctual and attentive to our plumbing needs. This happened the day before christmas and they were able to remedy the issue in a fast amount of time, with no stress. Thank you both.

Aaron Diaz was amazing. He came out for an emergency on a Sunday evening and managed to do a tricky repair with very little room to move all without any damage to anything around it, which I thought was going to be impossible. Impressive skills. On top of that, he had great communication about what he was doing and is just a friendly guy. Highly recommended.

Mike Watkinson did an excellent job with Benjamin Franklins products. He's very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain everything to us and what he recommends. He's very personable and cares a lot about his clients as well as their needs.

I am beyond grateful to have been connected with this company. My boiler had gone down in May and we went months without hot water. The heating part wasnt that big of a deal until the cold weather came in. We had someone come out for a consultation somewhere between the middle of the week to the end of the week and a technician was there on Monday finished and installed the same day. Not only were they quick but they were great on the pricing. The technicians were extremely polite and knowledgeable literally dont know where we would be without them today.

Brian Lysak was very professional was on time and very knowledgeable about what was needed. He also was very personable. We discussed our pets and he showed me pics of his 19 year old cat which was nice. Normally people just come and talk about the job and leave. It was nice to be to be able to laugh with someone at 9 am in the

He explained how the installation will go and had informed us of how there is a shut off system that will inform you if there is a leak in your home by monitoring the water pressure, this updates Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of the issue and everything can be managed through your phone. A great preventive device that they can install and it saves your home and gives consumers like us a discount with our home insurance. We have Eric come out to pump our septic and he was extremely helpful and patient. Our house had a new tank out in and we didnt know know exact measurements. Eric took his time and was eager to find the tank for us unlike another company who basically left and never came back. Eric was knowledge and explained everything to us. Thank you for your help

They are an awesome company, they ran into some issues and were more than accomodating to fix without additional charges and did a great job. I haven't had hot water in a month, not because of them either. I had other people out to check it for me and none were as thorough as Ben Franklin
