Right Now Plumbing and Heating

We've used Right Now Plumbing and Heating a handful of times. They always respond really quickly (which we appreciated as two of the times were emergencies). They're always professional, and come prepared with everything they'll need regardless of how complicated the project is. They have great in person, on the phone, and texting interactions so you know they understand the problem and how they plan on fixing it. Whatever they work on gets fixed right away and our normal life can pick back up right away. They aren't cheap but you do get the rapid response and professionalism, which is well worth it.

Chris and Jeremy put in two water shut offs and replaced our bath tub faucets and shower head. They were on time, explained everything, and we are now truly enjoying our new shower and no leaking water. They turned an emergency into a very positive experience. I will always recommend them and reach out if we ever need any additional plumbing or heating needs. GREAT SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP AND VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY!!!!!!

Upon their arrival, they promptly assessed the situation following a loud noise I had heard. Within a few days, a new on-demand hot water system was installed. Their team includes electricians, which significantly expedited the process. They efficiently removed the old unit and installed the new one in a single day. I highly recommend their services for any plumbing requirements.

Bret and Clayton came in and installed new plumbing and fixtures for our shower to tub conversion. They were quick, quite polite and did and awesome job! Thanks guys for your service this morning!

Only charged me for a service call to repair a leaking frost-free faucet at my well head. Discussed options for a more permanent repair, but did not pressure me into repairs that could be completed at a later date.

Semi-annual inspection/maintenance of HVAC and hot water heater. Tony went above and beyond by adjusting access to the HVAC filter. He also helped reprogram our thermostat to cool below 69F. I am in the VIP Customer program and these services were included in my service contact.

Tyler was great! I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and I can use my own facilities for the first time in days. If there's a next time, I'll just call them right away instead of thinking I can fix it myself. I didn't make it worse, but I didn't help either.

Weve used right now several times and are always satisfied with their service. This last time, Jeremy did a great job with our toilet and sink. Very efficient and kept it so tidy even with all the packaging from a new toilet.

You know how when you're trying to do some simple quick project on your home but then you start to learn the previous homeowner had a much higher tolerance for risk that you do? And part of you can't help but admire their penchant for making terrible choices but another part of you is now very anxious about your house blowing up?

Anywho these guys really know what they are about. Our tech was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He also showed us where our water heater is which had been a significant mystery for like two years (I had no idea you could even hide one).

We had an issue with our furnace. It had gone out on a fairly cold evening. We were able to use a space heater overnight. Our neighbor suggested right now plumbing. I called them at 3:00 p.m. and they were there the next morning by 9:30 a.m. . Anthony was extremely professional and I will definitely use them again and I will definitely use them again.

Tyler responded promptly and professionally to replacing our kitchen faucet. Everything went smoothly and quickly. I was particularly grateful for his explanations of what he was doing, how things worked, and how we should watch for potential problems. He also saw future plumbing problems, explained what would need to happen, and what we should watch for. I would ask for his help again!

They installed a new boiler system in our house and I couldn't be happier with their work and attitude. They were fantastic. Also, their VIP membership is totally worth the money, especially if you live outside of Missoula proper.

This company really helped out our church with our boiler needs after we struggled with other local companies cancelling multiple appointments on us or trying to charge an arm and a leg. Right Now was reliable and gave an exact quote up front. They provided quick service and were professional and nice. We will be calling them again when we need work done.

Everyone I met from Right Now, including the owner, Joe, was a great experience. They were all professional and friendly. I would recommend Right Now to anyone looking for your type of business. I had a furnace installed for my house and a heater for my attached garage. Ive had to deal with many over the last 25 years in different houses and have not been pleased at all. Especially Andersons and Sutton. Dont know how they manage to stay in business.

These guys are awesome. We had an urgent situation where a plumbing line had a hole in it, and they were able to fit us in the very same afternoon. They showed up promptly, got straight to work, and had everything repaired quickly, well before the end of the day. Because of their fast response and efficiency, we were able to keep our project moving without any major delays.

The staff is friendly, technicians are very knowledgeable, and they somehow find a way to fit me into their schedule sooner than expected. They exceed my expectations every time. I wont use anyone else in town.

On two separate occasions (to replace a toilet and to replace/repair water line leak) Right Now plumbing and heating has come to my rescue. The office Staff was friendly and dispatched a plumber in a timely manner. Jeremy was friendly, competent and kept us in the loop throughout the repairs. They are now my go-to for all future plumbing and heating needs.

Excellent experience all around! The hot water in our shower hasn't been working for quite some time. Joy took my call and was very responsive to our needs and was able to get a plumber out to us within a few days. Jeremy was GREAT. Very knowledgable and took the time to explain things, and was also very efficient and thorough. Will definitely call Right Now first for any future plumbing needs!

EXCELLENT COMPANY! I had the extreme displeasure of having to replace a water heater in an older mobile home. I had literally no idea where to start, and had originally been calling around to see if someone could repair the water heater. I called and spoke to Anecia and she was so helpful and kind! I was able to get someone out the very next day, for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, when Tyler came out - he informed me that the age of the heater prevented him from being able to repair it, and explained why - which I very much appreciated. They were able to quote me out on the spot for a new one. Lyndsey and Joy are amazing in the office - getting me the best quality product for a deal! I then was able to get the install scheduled within a few days of the original call - and when Tyler and his phenomenal team came to install - there was a structural issue I had to fix, but Lyndsey was able to keep me on the schedule for the next day and kept in contact to make sure it would still work for me, even helped me find a handyman to help with the issue at hand. I later ran into the whole crew while they were out and about for their holiday celebration and was able to chat with the owner. I was blown away by his kindness and the way he treated his employees. Right now will go above and beyond for a great price and without a long wait. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

I needed to get a mini-split installed before the tax credit expired. The guys were in and out in two days and the system was operational in time to qualify for the credit despite very limited notice. I highly recommend them.

Jerame arrived at my home,on time and was professional,efficient and honest. He did not try to say there was more work that needed to be done, than was actually needed. He actually said the repair was so small that he wasn't going to charge me and completed it for free and offered a lot of advice which was helpful as I am a new home buyer. Awesome experience. We had a bummer sewer line situation and Tyler got us fixed up in no time. Clean, responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Joe runs an awesome team, will absolutely call them again in a pinch.

In preparation for new counter tops we had Tyler from Right Now Plumbing uninstall the kitchen sink, create a new valve to allow us water from the refrigerator and remove the very heavy cast iron double sink. He arrived on time and was very efficient and communicated well with us. We hope he will be the one to come back after the counters are done to install our new sink.

Amazing service, from start to finish. They had to come in and fix the mistakes of the last person I hired.
It was intense and I was terrified that the floor was going to need to be ripped up... but Eddy (the plumber on the job) was able to solve the issue. He definitely has some super power skills and patience.
He knew how to find and special order a part , and was able to fix the bathroom toilet and sink. The floor stayed intact
I'm beyond grateful!
