Business Details
We have proudly served Dover and east central Ohio since our founding in 1974, bringing over fifty years of plumbing and heating expertise to every project. Our journey began as a small family operation when Doug Peterman Sr. took over the business from his father, Paul Peterman, establishing a legacy of craftsmanship. We are now led by Doug Peterman Jr., who became President in October 2022, representing three generations of family dedication to the trade. We have expanded from residential plumbing and heating into a fullservice provider that offers plumbing, heating, cooling, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, sewer line locating, jetting and maintenance. We have completed more than seven hundred projects over the past five decades, including thirtynine school construction initiatives since 1999. Our growing customer base now exceeds seven thousand residential, commercial and industrial clients across Ohio.
We have secured bids for major commercial projects such as Wendys, KMart and the Ohio National Guard Armory, demonstrating our capability on largescale jobs. We acquired the Lennox franchise from Bair Heating in 1985, expanding our heating and airconditioning expertise. Our commercial team has successfully renovated and built landmarks including Claymont Schools, Buckeye Trail Schools, Texas Roadhouse, Sheetz Gas Stations and the Cleveland Coast Guard Station. We moved to our current 5,800squarefoot warehouse facility at 525 West 15th Street in Dover, Ohio in 2002, providing the infrastructure needed for efficient service delivery. Our commitment to building trusting relationships, maintaining an environment where people feel cared for and respected, delivering uncompromising customer service and driving results ensures optimal outcomes for every client.
