Our Aquasana Whole House Filtration and Softener System (non Saline) with UV arrived at our new home the day we closed. I called Excalibur and they sent Corey to do an estimate based on the specific system. The Excalibur Office gave me a range for installation cost. Corey checked out the system parts, gave a bid exactly in the range and explained it clearly. He returned the following morning (yesterday) and did the customer installation perfectly.
He was professional, courteous, friendly and his knowledge was apparent. It was a pleasure to have him in our new home. We had an Aquasana system in our last home. Its outstanding. Like Excalibur Plumbing!
